Managing the Human Element in Complex Mediations and Negotiations

This half day workshop for Danske Advokater by Australian mediators Greg Rooney and Margaret Ross will examine the human element of working in a Complex Adaptive System.

It will combine a focus on both the work of noted French mediator Jacqueline Morineau on Humanistic Mediation and on the application of Complexity Theory developed as a human systems approach to complexity within the IT industry.
